Club Mechnext is one of the six technical clubs of YMCA University of Science and Technology headed by the students of Mechanical Engineering. The club was established in 2008, with the aim of wholesome development of the students. Students do various activities under the guidance of club coordinator. Participation from the students of all the years is highly acknowledged. The club not only helps an indivisual to get acquinted with the advancements in the world of engineering but helps him/her to take up challanges, get across hurdels and shine out of the box.

Vivekanand Manch is the social and cultural club of the YMCA University of Science and Technology. Vivekanand Manch aspires to build a better nation by character building of every individual. It aims to develop skills of diverse fields (required in modern world) among students. It inculcates moral, ethical and spiritual values among students by organizing lectures, seminars, quizzes and literary activities; spreading awareness about social issues; participation of students in nation building.

Ananya was started around 20 years back by a passionate group of people.The club was initially named as Abhivyakti, but the name was changed to Ananya, the Unparalleled in 2006.The club aims at the development of communicating, writing, public speaking and stage managerial skills of the students through various activities, practice sessions and inter/intra college competitions.

'Tarannum' literally means melody and as the name suggests, Tarannum is the music society of YMCAUST. Here, groups of professional musicians and music lovers join together to promote the performance, popularization, and study of music. Music is the ultimate source of peace for the soul. When words fail music speaks! Keeping that in mind, we the fellas of Tarannum passionately convey emotions through music, be it rock or Sufi, classical or western, pop or country! Participating in several competitions and events throughout the year, Tarannum has given chartbuster performances which never cease to get better. All of us are emotionally driven and believe in creating honest music and not compromising a single note we produce.

Srijan aims to expose the artistic skills of our club members. Talent of the members is really appreciable in sketching, painting, craft and various other skills including wood carving, thermocol carving, claying and much more. SRIJAN family is a family away from family.

Samarpan has a an objective to build technically strong engineers. We conduct sessions and workshops on a regular basis to enhance knowledge of students. We organise numerous events during fest. We provide a platform to build projects and encourage students to take part in competitions. In the past few years,samarpan members have secured remarkable positions in a number of competitions. From the last two years,we’ve been organising industrial visits for club members,to provide them an insight regarding the internal working of companies.

The Microbird Club earnestly aims to provide students a platform and resources to gain practical skills and realize projects and for their social development. We strive to teach and help students acquire new skills in an era of rapidly evolving technology. We believe in coming up with projects that are innovative and tackle real life problems and thus following its adage From innovation to implementation. MICROBIRD club focusses to infuse and enhance the electronics and technical knowledge of the students and help them intensify every shade of theirs by providing them a great exposure.

A small world where for us, the happiness of victory is large and the echo of the chearing crowd, the larger.We here at Eklavya, don't play with our bodies, but with our hearts. We know that a champion is made when he's bent over, drenched in sweat, echos of the breathe in mind, exhausted, but one word in mind.. "VICTORY" and that's what we train everyday for! We also know the perfect meaning of "SPORTSMAN SPIRIT" and understand that how 'will' and pieces of motivation and guidance help transforming a rookie into a champion. So, next time you see us playing or training, don't forget to cheer us ;) Let the work of cheering us be on you and that of grabbing Trophies be on us ;) We play hard, but we train harder.

Vividha has been derived from the word vivid which means variety. Our club performs various stage play, mime ,spoof, street play. Club isn't restricted to only these thing but from story writing to direction,from singing to dancing and designing too. All these things also plays a very crucial role in making acting a huge success. The front end and backend both work is done with great enthusiasm. We can make people laugh, we can make them cry. We are active throughout the year having workshops,attending various events at different colleges and making memories all the way down.

Jhalak aims to be professional at their work. You can't expect your camera to take a great photo, if your imagination is out of focus. Jhalak Club provides a platform to bring together the like minded people and share knowledge about the art & concept of Photography & Designing. Not just for serious photographers or people with big expensive cameras! The goal of the Photography and Designing Club at YMCAUST is to provide a place for people to come together and learn, share, and have fun with photography,Editing and designing !

Nataraja was started for the students of ymcaust to overcome the inhibition of public stage performances. Nataraja comprises of two groups, first being the western and other one bhangra , which together are responsible for the healthy organisation and choreography of every dance event. The society aims at providing various platforms for the students both inside and outside the university. Be it elements culmyca(the annual fest) or freshers or any other college event, the society comes up with contemporary to classical, bhangra to hip hop and many more such forms. Started years back the society is growing year by year and providing various such opportunities to the students of every year.

The National Service Scheme (NSS) is an Indian government-sponsored public service program conducted by the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Government of India. Popularly known as NSS, the scheme was launched in Gandhiji's Centenary year, 1969. Aimed at developing student's personality through community service, NSS is a voluntary association of young people in Colleges, Universities and at +2 level working for a campus-community linkage.

SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) an international based organisation is a collegiate club of YMCA university was established in 2012 in our college. Under SAE, Team Mechnext Racing is an agglomeration of 50 talented, skilful & Hardworking students who not only design, iterate & fabricate vehicle but also takes part in India’s biggest OFF Road Race & compete with other teams on National level. Team Mechnext participates in 2 events namely BAJA and Supra , and fabricate an All-Terrain Vehicle and Formula 1 race car.
